In this seminar and wine tasting at Charlie Palmer’s Aureole New York, Explore the differences and similarities of Old World and New World expressions of the same grape variety. Taste the difference climate, soil, and geography can make! The focus of this seminar is one of THE core concepts in the world of wine–making it a must for any aficionado.
This seminar will be led by American Sommelier President Andrew F. Bell. Aureole’s Beverage Director Justin Lorenz will be on hand to lend his expertise. Ten wines will be paired with several small, delicious dishes from Aureole’s Executive Chef Marcus Ware.
