
Klaus-Peter Heim has been a sommelier at Tavern on the Hill in Enola, Pennsylvania for 15 years. Previously he worked at Blue Mountain & Hershey Hotel. He currently oversees the Pennsylvania chapter of American Sommelier—the official education organization for all sommeliers in the state of Pennsylvania. Klaus is a graduate of L’Ecole du Vin in Bordeaux, in addition to the German, Austrian and Spanish Wine Institutes. He is an honorary lifetime member Confradia del Vino de Rioja and has a PhD from the University of Delaware.
