Timothy Baldwin

Timothy Baldwin has been at The Broadmoor since 2001, working in a variety of capacities. He has served as the Assistant Manager/Head Sommelier of the Penrose Room, the leader of the opening team of the Summit, the Wine Director of the 18 food and beverage outlets at the Broadmoor, and, since 2007, has served as the General Manager and Director of Wine at the Summit. Under Timothy’s direction, the Summit has been able to achieve a 24 percent yearly profit while maintaining elite fine dining standards.

Timothy also serves on the editorial board of Cheers magazine and will be taking the Master Sommelier exam this July.

One of Timothy’s favorite trips has been traveling to Milan with his wife. He is currently reading Imbibe.
